I am excited to tell you that 360XQ is once again taking ANOTHER HUGE LEAP this summer to improve our programming, hospitality and daily services … and all at drastically reduced room rates. 360XQ has acquired a charming Mexican home as our base for the summer months of July and August. The SUMMER HOUSE will be all-residents, all-the-time. It has (5) bedrooms, (2) of which are ensuite and (3) of them share one hallway bath. Rooms will be priced accordingly, making it VERY affordable to be here for a residency. Yesss, this summer!! COME ON DOWN!

All of the fabulous new programming comes with these reduced rates … delicious breakfasts, focused hospitality, daily housekeeping, organized salons to share your work, opportunities to teach a workshop, local networking and connections within your specialized medium, centralized location in a tranquil residential neighborhood AND the SUMMER HOUSE is within two blocks of amenities, the local bus, restaurants and the weekly tiangues market.
